- Sticker, Sticker Sheet, & Magnet Orders DO NOT Come With Any Form Of Tracking Number. Unless Purchased Alongside Keychains or Croc Jibbit Charms. Thus, They Are Shipped Out With Only A Single Postage Stamp Through USPS. Delivery Takes Around ( 2-7 Days ) or longer. Keep In Mind That I have No Control Of When They Arrive To Their Destination. As I Am Not Affiliated With USPS And I Have No Control Over The Package Once I Drop It Off At The Post Office.
- Keychain , Tote Bag , & Other Bigger Items Orders Come With A Tracking Number. Tracked Packages Take About ( 3-5 Days ) or longer. Keep In Mind That I have No Control Of When They Arrive To Their Destination. As I Am Not Affiliated With USPS And I Have No Control Over The Package Once I Drop It Off At The Post Office. However, You Are Able To Track Your Package Through The Provided Shipping Number.
What If My Sticker / Envelope Order Doesn't Arrive?
- After Two Weeks After Reaching Out, If Customer Still Hasn't Received Their Stickers or Sticker Sheets. A New One Package Will Be Sent. It Will Be The Last Package Shipped. Once Again, I have No Control Of When They Arrive To Their Destination. As I Am Not Affiliated With USPS And I Have No Control Over The Package Once I Drop It Off At The Post Office.
- Magnets Can Unfortunately Not Be Re-Sent. A Discount Code Will Be Provided Instead.
What If My Bigger Item Order Is Lost Or Stolen?
- If you have lost a package through USPS and have a tracking number, you can check the delivery status online at USPS Tracking. If the recipient has confirmed that the item has not arrived after seven or more days, you can submit a search request for your lost mail-piece at MissingMail.USPS.com
- Regrettably, being a small business, LiliasCreationsShop WILL NOT offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages that USPS cannot help with. Once an order is shipped, its delivery relies entirely on USPS, and I have no authority over its arrival or what happens to it thereafter. If you encounter such an issue, please contact me, and I'll provide further assistance, in the form of a one-time discount for your next purchase. Please note once again that NO REFUNDS will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
