Refund For Keychains, Magnets, Tote Bags, & Other Bigger Items

Customer Is Responsible For Returning The Item Within 14 Days & For Purchasing Any Shipping Return Labels or Postage Stamps. Refund Will Be Disbursed 1-3 Days After Item Is Received. 

What If My Bigger Item Order Is Lost Or Stolen?

• If you have lost a package through USPS and have a tracking number, you can check the delivery status online at USPS Tracking. If the recipient has confirmed that the item has not arrived after seven or more days, you can submit a search request for your lost mail-piece at MissingMail.USPS.com 

• Regrettably, being a small business, LiliasCreationsShop WILL NOT offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages that USPS cannot help with. Once an order is shipped, its delivery relies entirely on USPS, and I have no authority over its arrival or what happens to it thereafter. If you encounter such an issue, please contact me, and I'll provide further assistance, in the form of a one-time discount for your next purchase. Please note once again that NO REFUNDS will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
